For the adult dinghies they're expecting RS200, RS400, National 18, and Moth fleets. We have very good sailing areas both inside and outside the harbour (weather permitting the adult dinghies will be outside). It can be a bit of a trek to get outside the harbour (about 45min) - no longer than we've had in Carnac last year or some of the days in Exmouth this year. Also, most likely the sail home will be off the breeze - I can't guarantee this though :-( This may be long shot but would you consider making this your international event next year? It's a change from Carnac. The boat hasn't taken off over here at all (it's just me as far as I'm aware). Having a fleet sail in a event like this might generate some interest. If there is a group of you interested in doing this event I can look after everything else at this end. Emmett. Tweet |
