19/10/2015 21:52:09 Greg Booth Posts: 93 | For anyone that is intrested the Leigh & Lowton Winter series is starting 1st of November until 15th March. The event is split in to two separate series, basically before Christmas and after, 2 races nearly every Sunday starting at 12 noon, the 100's sail in the asymmetric fleet on a windward/leeward course. I have sailed this event for the last 5 years in the 100 and had some great racing, it's the Premier Northern winter event attracting around 70-80 boats each weekend, I can highly recommend it! If you want you can just turn up and sail a day or pre pay before the end of October and get the whole lot for �75 that's about �2 per race and that includes parking for your boat.
