Many thanks to all those of you who took the time to vote. The vote ended on 31/5/13, and we now have the final reckoning.
38 members voted, 44% of members. Of this, 25 (66%) voted for the suggested changes to paragraph C.1.2, so the vote is carried.

There was some strong feeling, which the committee agrees with, that the rule change was badly worded, and that there needs to be reference to the 7.4 rig.
We may therefore go to a further vote in the near future, to answer these concerns.
